First, I wish to bid each and everyone of you a Happy New Year! May the Goddess look favorably upon you and yours throughout the year. May She bring you peace, love, joy, happiness, good health and prosperity.
In this light I would like to share with you a Traditional Irish blessing I learned from my Grandmother when I was but a little girl. You can use it every day, or at the end of your circles:
"May the blessing of light be with you; light within and light without. May sunlight shine upon you and warm your heart 'til it glows like a great peat fire, so that the stranger may come and be warmed by it.
May a blessed light shine out of your two eyes, like a candle set in the window, bidding the wanderer to come in out of the storm.
May you ever give a kindly greeting to those you meet along the path. May the blessing of rain fall upon you, so that flowers spring up to shed their sweetness in the air, and may the blessings of the Earth, the good, rich Earth, be with you always."
